Holiday Return Policy-
Pineville Shop

In our Pineville NC shop, any gifts purchased between November 15th and December 25th may be returned to our shop until January 30th, for an exchange or shop credit only. This must be marked on your receipt at the time of purchase or our regular return policy is applicable, so please be sure to tell our sales associates when you are checking out.

Returned items sent by mail must post marked on or before January 30th for an exchange or credit note to be applicable. After that date, the items will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. (Shipping charges are nonrefundable)

Item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition (i.e. not worn, damaged by safety pins or smelling of perfume, smoke, etc.) If the item(s) appear to have been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse refund privileges.

Regular Return Policy- We may accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned to our shop with the original receipt/invoice and in its original condition (i.e. not worn, damaged by safety pins or smelling of perfume, smoke, etc.) or we will not be able to process your order. If the item(s) appear to have been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse refund privileges.
