This is a beautiful handmade costume from Turkey in a plus size. Each costume is made with great attention to detail and consists of an abundance of sequin, tiny glass rounded edged beads and large crystals. The designs are very romantic and flattering. Each costume sparkles and reflects the light beautifully and the fabulous full fringe moves and sways with every hip hit and shimmy. This costume is a dream to wear and a perfect addition to any dancer's wardrobe!

What you should know before selecting your costume...

The pieces to the costume: Each costume consists of a well shaped bra and belt. Depending on the design, some costumes are available with a matching accessories; a head band/neck band and/or two matching arm cuffs. Unfortunately these can not be ordered in separately, please see the description of each costume to determine the number of pieces available with each specific costume.

The sizing of the costume: Please take careful note of the sizes listed next to the available costumes. These are easily adjustable and it is very unlikely that you will find the exact measurement of your body shape. Almost every costume needs to be adjusted, some more than others, but it is very simple, even for someone who doesn't know how to sew. Please refer to the link located within Services for "Costume Alterations" to learn more detail on costume adjustments.

The fitting of the bra: The bra measurement listed in the detail of the available costumes is the exact length of the bra from tip to tip. This is not the same as an everyday bra measurement, please measure yourself before ordering as an everyday bra measurement is usually higher than the actual circumference of the ribcage. Everyday bras are fitted with elastic and the measurement does not accurately reflect the actual ribcage circumference. The bra circumference can easily be adjusted by means of repositioning the hooks and eyes on the garment. The strap length can easily be adjusted by removing the straps, tucking the ends into each cup and stitching it to the inside the cup. Each piece of the costume has been finished then stitched together, so unless you cut the costume, which is not recommended, by unstitching the pieces you will in no way affect the beading. This allows the bra to be reduced in size to fit someone much smaller than the actual measurement listed. The fitting of the belt: The belt measurement given is also the exact measurement from tip to tip of the belt. As this costume set has no elastic in it, be sure to choose one that is at least slightly larger than your actual measurements. The belt, like the bra strap length, can easily be adjusted by means of repositioning the hooks and eyes on the garment and/or stitching one piece over the other.
