Placing an Order
To place an order is very simple. Just choose the item(s) you would like and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Select your choice of shipping and means of payment. If an "in stock" item(s) is selected, it will be shipped to you within 24-36 business hours.
If you would like an item(s) that is "out of stock", please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of what you would like (Please do not proceed to the checkout for "out of stock" items) When this item arrives you will automatically be sent an e-mail informing you that the item is now back in stock. If you are still interested in the item at that time, you may proceed to the website, select the item and proceed through the check-out as this item will not be held separately for our in-stock listings on the web site.
We do not do costume orders for costuming. However, we do have an Advance Costume Notification List. New costume pictures and details are sent to our customers who have requested to be on this mailer, before the merchandise is posted on our web site. We get new costumes about every 3-4 weeks. If you would like to be added, please e-mail us.
*If you are interested in troupe costuming, we do have a supplier who will make multiple costumes of the same design. Please e-mail us if you would like more information. Thanks!
